Vehicle Sales Manager

Brustolon Buick - GMC is seeking an experienced and dynamic New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Mystic, CT. This role requires a motivated individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced automotive environment. As the New Vehicle Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving new vehicle sales and enhancing the overall customer experience.

• Lead, coach, and motivate the new vehicle sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize showroom traffic and sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Manage inventory, pricing, and merchandising of new vehicle stock.
• Collaborate with the finance and service departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales approaches accordingly.
• Prepare and present sales performance reports to dealership management.

• Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably in new vehicle sales.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze sales data and forecast market trends.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Knowledge of CRM software and dealership management systems is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
