Job Description

Our sole purpose is to create a strong, long-lasting partnership with our customers, and to deliver quality corrugated products. Our team is searching for a highly motivated go-getter, positive, detail-oriented sales rep with excellent problem solving and leadership skills.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success. The candidate will build new client relationships, manage existing business, develop strong customer relationships and ensure customers’ expectations are met. Multi-tasking and computer skills are necessary in this fast-paced and highly detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales of our corrugated products
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized packaging solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management.
  • Develop strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills
  • Resolve problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determining cause and selecting/explaining the best solution to solve the problem
  • Manage a high volume of calls and emails
  • Communicating with internal teams
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Qualifications

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
