Territory Sales Representative – Surgical Sales

Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join a growing healthcare organization. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background who is looking to build a career in the medical device and surgical sales industry.

In this position, you will be responsible for driving new business, managing relationships with healthcare professionals, and supporting the adoption of surgical solutions within hospitals, physician practices, and surgical centers throughout your territory. The ideal candidate is competitive, coachable, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

What You'll Do:
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities through high-volume outbound outreach
  • Build strong relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and other clinical stakeholders
  • Present and promote surgical solutions through a consultative sales approach
  • Support product evaluations, clinical education, and implementation efforts
  • Attend surgical procedures and provide in-field support when needed
  • Manage territory activity, sales pipeline, and customer accounts
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1–5 years of B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and activity metrics
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
