Bristol University Press is seeking an enthusiastic Sales and Customer Services Assistant to support sales and customer service for the Books and Journals Division. The role will help drive institutional sales campaigns and market research and reports to the Institutional Key Account Manager.
You will handle day-to-day sales queries from institutions, libraries, and authors, support the sales team with ongoing customer service needs, and contribute to FAQs and user guides.
