What You ll Do

• As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you will meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in remodeling their bathrooms. Your role is to guide them through the decision-making process and provide solutions that fit their needs.
• Your responsibilities include:
• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes
• Build relationships by listening carefully and understanding customer goals
• Ask thoughtful questions to identify the best remodeling solutions
• Present personalized recommendations and explain available options
• Guide homeowners confidently through the buying process
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation to close

What We re Looking For

We’re seeking confident, relationship-driven sales professionals who enjoy helping people and achieving results.

Ideal candidates have:

• 4+ years of successful automotive sales experience preferred
• A proven ability to build rapport and establish customer trust
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• A consultative sales approach focused on understanding customer needs
• Confidence guiding customers through important purchasing decisions
• A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to maximize earning potential
