---What You'll DoAs an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will help customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs while creating a comfortable, transparent, and enjoyable purchase experience.

Responsibilities Include:

* Welcome customers and build strong relationships through exceptional service
* Conduct vehicle walkarounds and demonstrate key features, technology, and safety systems
* Assess customer needs and recommend suitable new and pre-owned vehicles
* Accompany customers on test drives and explain vehicle performance and capabilities
* Guide customers through the purchase and delivery process
* Follow up with prospects and existing customers to generate repeat and referral business
* Maintain knowledge of current inventory, manufacturer incentives, financing options, and market trends
* Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and customer communications
* Work collaboratively with sales management, finance, and service teams to exceed customer expectations---What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications
* Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required
* Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-based environment
* Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships
* Basic computer and technology skills
* Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
