Responsible for putting away inbound produce.

• Receive and put away all inbound produce.
• Ensure product is put away in proper rotation (FIFO).
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Maintain proper stocking of selection slots; keep pallets free from tape, wrap, or wires; remove empty pallets as needed.
• Clean and sanitize the work area.
• Account for received product.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education

• Prefer High School or GED

Experience

Six (6) months experience in a warehouse.

• Six months of experience utilizing a stand‑up forklift and riding pallet jack preferred.
• Basic knowledge of fresh produce preferred.
• Experience in replenishment, cycling of product, RF scanners, and other returns-related functions preferred.

Skills

• Strong reading, writing, and proficient English communication.
• Ability to perform work assignments at an acceptable productivity level.
• Effective communication and professionalism.

• Stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, squat, turn the body, and walk.
• Lift and move cases up to 75 lbs from floor to overhead.
• Use hands to peel and stick labels on cases.
• Handle objects and equipment controls; reach with hands and arms.
• Must be able to hear warning horns on moving machinery.
• Specific vision abilities required: close, distance, depth perception, color, peripheral vision, and focus adjustment.
• Exhibit a high level of endurance, energy, and strength.

• Must be able to work in confined spaces.
