• Work in consumers’ homes to transform their kitchen.
• Follow the work plan to deliver an outstanding end result for the homeowner.
• Operate power hand tools including a table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun.
• Drill for hinges, install doors, drawer boxes, and drawer fronts.

• Work quickly and efficiently with a stellar work ethic.
• Excellent attention to detail and take personal pride in a job well done the first time.
• Interact with customers professionally and friendly.
• Arrive on time to the job site in appropriate work clothing.
• Keep the work area clean and orderly and clean up daily.

• Ability to work in Middlesex, Fairfield, and New Haven counties.
• Valid driver’s license with a verifiable good driving record and no physical limitations to perform the tasks required.
