School Social Worker

Experience:
- Current, active Social Worker license with School Social Worker endorsement (#071) required
- Prior experience working in school environments or with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and staff
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and respond to diverse student needs
- Efficient organizational and recordkeeping abilities
- Provide direct services to students, supporting their social, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and administrators to support comprehensive student care
- Participate in student support meetings, develop intervention strategies, and contribute to educational planning
- Serve as a resource for families and guardians, providing guidance, referrals, and advocacy as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards within the school setting
