Position Overview

CDL A Truck Drivers Earn $2180+/WK Home Weekly (Full Time). Class A drivers with one year verifiable Class A experience in the last three years are sought. The position offers a guaranteed salary plus extra pay per shipment and comprehensive benefits while driving home weekly. Drivers average pay is $113,000 per year.

Deliveries are 100% touch. Freight is preloaded, trailer is hook and go. Driver's average pay is $2190/WK with deliveries running the Northeast.

Full benefits after 60 days and 3-5 days of training on the account. Drivers will be home weekly (NOT GUARANTEED WEEKENDS) and may take trucks home if a secure parking place is available. Riders and pets may be brought after completing training.

• Drivers pick up loads at DC just outside of Rome, NY. Trailers preloaded, hook and go.
• Drivers are paid a daily salary of $215/Day and $300 for every trailer unloaded. Drivers average 900–1200 miles per week and complete three loads.
• Drivers make between 2–4 stops per trailer. Deliveries consist of placing boxes weighing 1–35 lbs on a conveyor belt into the store. The driver unloads only; inventory or merchandising is handled by store personnel.
• After taking the 34‑hour reset at home, drivers are still on a load. When the week starts, they finish deliveries then head back to DC for the next load.
• Orientation takes about 2 days in Dayton. Company pays transportation, hotel, meals, and pays $85/Day for orientation.
• Training generally 3–5 days. You may double bunk with the trainer or get your truck first and follow the trainer. Either option is possible; training is paid at the daily rate.
• After training you may bring a rider and a dog while you run.
• Full benefits start after 60 days and include:

NOTE:
If you have ever failed or refused a DOT drug test you are not eligible for hire even if you have completed SAP and regardless of how long ago the incident occurred.

Urine drug test only. Must never have failed or refused any type of drug test, even if completed SAP.

• Must live in NY, CT, MD, MA, or RI. No hiring in the Bronx or Long Island.
• Drivers must be 21 years old and have one full year of Class A experience. Experience can be local, regional, or OTR.
• CDL must be in the state of current residence when you apply.
• May not have more than three jobs in the last year and no more than six jobs in the last three years.
• May have up to two DOT recordable accidents in the last three years, but those accidents must not include major traffic violations, preventable rear‑end, or rollovers.
• Cannot have been terminated from the most recent job for any reason.
• May have one of the following moving violations in your personal vehicle in the last three years, but none in a commercial vehicle: 15+ points, reckless, following too closely, texting or using handheld device.
• No felonies in the last seven years (especially sexual crimes) and no misdemeanors in the last three years.
• Must pass a urine drug test only.
