Tobii Dynavox is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist at our Moon Township/Pittsburgh area with a hybrid schedule (3 days remote, 2 onsite). You will guide customers through pre-sales and order management, coordinate with sales and finance, and ensure a seamless experience.
Ideal candidates have an associate degree or 2–4 years in inside sales or customer service, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP/CRM systems. Bilingual help is a plus.
