AC Faculty Position in Non-Malignant Hematology - Assistant Professor

The Division of Hematology-Oncology in the Department of Medici neat the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of sickle cell disease and disordersof hemostasis and thrombosis. Applicants must have an M.D orM.D./Ph.D. degree. Board certification or eligibility in Hematologyis required.
Teaching responsibilities may include teaching medical students,residents, and fellows as well as advanced practice providers,pharmacists and their trainees. The academic clinician trackrequires 100 credits per year of active and high-quality teaching.
Clinical responsibilities may include care of patients with sicklecell disease, disorders of hemostasis and thrombosis, and/orgeneral benign hematologic conditions.
