Product Development Project Leader

Kohler is seeking a New Product Development Project Leader for its Kallista luxury brand. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative kitchen and bath products from concept through launch. You will own project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk management while partnering closely with design, engineering, manufacturing, and marketing. You will translate customer insights into clear product requirements, ensure designs meet quality and cost targets, and champion craftsmanship, sustainability, and brand standards in every release.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end new product development for Kallista from concept through launch
• Drive project planning, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation activities
• Collaborate with design, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing
• Translate customer and market insights into product requirements and specifications
• Ensure designs meet quality, cost, and manufacturability targets
• Coordinate testing, validation, and design reviews with cross-functional teams
• Manage vendor and supplier inputs to support tooling and production ramp-up
• Report project status, risks, and recommendations to leadership
• Champion design excellence, sustainability, and brand standards in all projects
• Continuously improve NPD processes, tools, and best practices
