Responsibilities- Supervise home equity processing staff.
- Monitor equity pipeline to ensure that loans are being processed and decisioned in a timely and efficient manner.
- Resolve complex home equity and member service issues.
- Provide training to staff on an ongoing basis.
- Schedule:
Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. - Onsite expectation 40%.
- In this position, you will Manage, develop, and direct home equity employees.
- Monitor equity pipelines daily to ensure loans are being processed and decisioned efficiently and in accordance with regulatory requirements, PSECU Policy, Product Guidelines and Underwriting Standards.
- Decision home equity applications within approved lending authority and in accordance with procedures and guidelines, staying current on applicable laws and compliance requirements Participate in product enhancements and new product development.
- Handle member inquiries and escalations Review workflows for process improvements and product enhancements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
BS Any equivalent combination of experience and education. | Required
