Position Summary:

The Office Manager plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient office operations, supporting leadership and clinical staff, and maintaining compliance with hospice policies and healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will manage administrative functions, coordinate office activities, and serve as a reliable point of contact for staff, patients, and families.

Responsibilities &

Qualifications:
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the office
  • Supervise, train, and support office staff as needed
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in compliance with hospice regulations
  • Assist with payroll, scheduling, and HR-related functions
  • Support leadership in preparing for audits, surveys, and regulatory compliance reviews
  • Coordinate communication between departments to ensure efficient workflow
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff
  • Previous experience in office management, healthcare administration, or a related role (hospice or healthcare preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems (experience with [specific EMR, if applicable] preferred)
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and support staff in a professional and compassionate environment
  • Knowledge of hospice compliance and healthcare regulations is a plus
