Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full Time

As we continue expanding access to high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, our Board Certified Behavior Analysts-known internally as Program Coordinators-play a vital role in ensuring effective treatment, guiding clinicians, and supporting families across clinic, home, school, and community settings throughout Lower Bucks County. This full-time, salaried role offers consistent daytime hours, with flexibility for two evening shifts per week, and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and adolescents ages 2–18.

Conduct assessments such as functional analyses and other behavior/skill evaluations
~ Observe clients and staff across clinic, school, home, and community environments
~ Participate in ongoing professional development and training activities
~ Guide and support clinicians delivering one-on-one ABA services to ensure high-quality care
~ Committed to supporting children and adolescents with Autism through evidence-based practices
~ Skilled at communicating with families, staff, and community partners
~ Active BCBA Certification
Passion for working with children ages 2–18 across multiple settings
Availability Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, plus flexibility for two evening shifts per week
Ability to commute primarily to  Bristol  and surrounding community locations, with additional travel throughout Lower Bucks County
