Responsibilities

  • Consolidate functional inputs to produce reliable demand outlooks; refine allocation algorithms to deliver the Book of Business on time and to standard.
  • Design, validate, and operate capacity and portfolio models integrating performance, financial, and resource data.
  • Drive productivity/optimization via business case development, cost-benefit analysis, and value realization.
  • Implement standardized forecasting tools, metrics, processes, dashboards, and visualizations.
  • Lead operating-model optimization; translate outcomes into action plans and track implementation.
  • Define and govern operational metrics (sources, cadence); align functional areas to yearly objectives.
  • Improve accuracy/timeliness/automation of operations data pipelines.
  • Implement/monitor KPIs and long-term quality plans; trigger RCA/CAPA and verify sustained improvement.
  • Provide expertise for automation/analytics supporting PROS operations; identify automation/AI/digital opportunities.
  • Coordinate resource/financial forecasting, contracting, and invoicing; track variances and data integrity.
  • Establish continuity frameworks for peak volumes/coverage/geographic demand shifts; capture tool/system release efficiencies.
  • Lead centralized governance and prioritization for CDM technology portfolio; support impact assessment and adoption of new/updated technologies.
Qualifications / Skills
  • 10+ years (Bachelor’s+) or 8+ years (Advanced Degree) in relevant field; deep subject-matter expertise and people influence/management.
  • Experience supporting operations for large, complex, geographic departments (budget, contracts, resource utilization, sponsorship) and leading cross-functional projects.
  • Strong forecasting, budgeting, accruals; ability to tie plan/forecast/actuals to operational drivers.
  • Ability to integrate data from multiple sources; build repeatable pipelines/automation.
  • Advanced Power BI/Tableau and Excel for dashboards and what-if analysis.
  • Strong metric governance and “one source of truth”; RCA/CAPA understanding.
  • English fluency; exceptional communication/influencing and decision-ready narrative skills.
  • CDM/GCP: knowledge of ICH/GCP and working knowledge of clinical development, trial execution, and data management.
