This role leads direct care staff, plans services, and ensures a safe, therapeutic environment in a 2pm-10pm shift in the Homestead area near Pittsburgh.
You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with licensing and CARF standards, manage program operations, and collaborate with families and external agencies to support facility-wide goals.
