McCarthy & Stone is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to oversee domiciliary care across Harrogate, Leeds and Bradford. You will supervise Mobile Care Assistants, ensure care plans meet individual needs and comply with CQC standards, and support the Registered Care Manager in delivering a high-quality service.
The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory care experience and a Level 2 health and social care qualification ( Level 3 preferred).
