Production Lead

* Our client, a well-established cosmetics manufacturer, is hiring  
** Production Leads
** to support and oversee packaging operations. If you're someone who likes to stay busy, lead a team, and keep things running smoothly, this could be a great fit.

** Bristol, PA

** Shift:
** Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

** Pay:**  $22/hr

** What You'll Do*
* As a Production Lead, you'll be responsible for keeping your assigned area running safely and efficiently while making sure orders are processed accurately and on time.

You'll:

+ Guide and support your team day-to-day

+ Assign tasks and make sure coverage is where it needs to be

+ Keep an eye on productivity and help hit daily goals

+ Step in to troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed

+ Train new team members on processes and safety

+ Make sure quality standards are met and maintained

+ Help resolve inventory discrepancies and support audits

+ Track performance and report updates to supervisors

** What We're Looking For*
* + Previous experience in distribution, production, or quality (lead or coordinator experience is a plus)

+ Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

+ Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

+ Reliable, flexible, and a team player

* + Overtime may be required, including weekends during holiday peak season

Experience with SAP is a plus
