Job Purpose:

- The Vineyard Worker at Cescaphe Event Group is responsible for supporting the cultivation and maintenance of the vineyard to ensure the highest quality grapes for wine production. This role involves hands-on work in the vineyard, including planting, pruning, and harvesting, while adhering to sustainable agricultural practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the planting and maintenance of grapevines, ensuring optimal growth conditions.  - Perform pruning and training of vines to enhance fruit quality and yield.  - Monitor and manage vineyard health, including pest and disease control.  - Operate and maintain vineyard equipment and machinery efficiently and safely.  - Participate in the harvesting of grapes, ensuring careful handling to maintain quality.  

- Collaborate with the vineyard management team to implement sustainable farming practices.  - Maintain accurate records of vineyard activities and report any issues to supervisors.  - Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations at all times.## Qualifications Required

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

Required Experience:

- Previous experience in vineyard work or agricultural labor is preferred.  - Familiarity with vineyard operations, including planting, pruning, and harvesting grapes.
Required

Skills and Abilities:

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.  - Knowledge of vineyard maintenance techniques and equipment.  - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.  - Good communication skills for effective teamwork and coordination.  - Ability to identify and address issues related to plant health and vineyard upkeep.  - Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures in an agricultural setting.
