Liquor Store Assistant Manager -West Allen Street, Allentown

This role supports daily store operations and helps maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for customers and staff. As an Assistant Manager 1, you will perform the following duties:

• Shift Leadership: Supervise store operations during assigned shifts and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Team Guidance: Lead staff by assigning tasks, reviewing work, and offering direction
• Sales Support: Participate in receiving shipments, stocking products, and assisting customers with product choices
• Customer Service: Provide helpful responses to customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain a positive shopping experience
• Store Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for customers and employees
• Inventory Management: Help keep stock levels accurate and product displays well maintained

• One year as a Liquor Store Clerk 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration);
  or
• Two years as a Liquor Store Clerk 1 or an Intermittent Liquor Store Clerk (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration);
  or
• One year of lead retail sales work.

• You must pass a background investigation.
