Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and security-related policies throughout the location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report conditions, observations, and security-related concerns according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout manufacturing, production, warehouse, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, exits, delivery areas, and/or visitor activity while helping to support authorized access, documentation practices, and site rules;
Communicate with site contacts, supervisors, and/or first responders as needed during incidents, emergencies, and routine operations, while maintaining detailed daily activity and incident reports
