Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor and contractor entry records according to site policies;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document observations and communicate with site leadership and emergency responders;
Observe and report hazards, damaged property, or irregular conditions following established reporting procedures
