Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities and reporting requirements.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, loading docks, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.;
Support loss prevention efforts by observing for unauthorized removal of materials or products and promptly reporting concerns to appropriate site contacts.
