Lenape Valley Foundation is seeking a professional and dependable Safety Officer to support the safety and security of our clients, staff, and facility. This role combines traditional security responsibilities with regular interaction with individuals receiving behavioral health services, making professionalism, sound judgment, and strong interpersonal skills essential to success.

What You Bring
- Two or more years in security, law enforcement, or military police
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals in crisis preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and respond quickly in emergencies
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, with or without accommodation
Your Role
- Ensure the safety and security of Lenape Valley Foundation's employees, clients, and property
- Patrol the perimeter and monitor assigned areas within the Acute Care Center
- Respond to alarms (Security, HVAC, Fire) and monitor public safety
- Control access to the property, issue keys, and guide individuals as needed
- Track mobile crisis team activity and support emergency response efforts
