The University of Delaware seeks a dedicated staff member for the Montgomery County Correctional Facility. Responsibilities include maintaining security, controlling inmate movements, and monitoring safety protocols. Applicants should be capable of independent action and ideally have knowledge of the corrections system. The position requires shifts of 12 hours rotating every two weeks, encompassing all aspects of facility management.
