Forklift Operator

Job Summary:

Seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join a growing warehouse and distribution team. Responsible for operating various warehouse equipment, picking and packing orders, moving inventory, and preparing shipments. Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate warehouse equipment including:
Cherry Picker, Stand-Up Forklift, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Lift Truck. Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently. Pull products and materials from warehouse racks and storage locations. Stage orders for shipment and distribution. Load and unload trucks while ensuring product safety and accuracy. Wrap, label, and prepare pallets for shipping. Move inventory throughout the warehouse using powered industrial equipment.

Verify products, quantities, and shipment information. Maintain accurate inventory and order fulfillment standards. Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines at all times. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from hazards. Assist with general warehouse duties as needed. Meet daily productivity and shipping goals.

Required Qualifications:

Previous forklift operating experience required. Experience operating warehouse equipment such as:
Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Stand-Up Forklift, Order Picker, Lift Truck. Prior warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience. Experience picking and packing customer orders. Experience loading and unloading trucks. Experience staging orders for shipment. Experience wrapping and labeling pallets. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment throughout the shift.
