Corporate Accountant
- Barrington

A large, RI-based organization is seeking a Corporate Accountant to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to gain broad exposure across financial reporting, month‑end close, internal controls, audit support, and process improvement.
Responsibilities:- Support the monthly close process, including account reconciliations, financial analysis, and general ledger activities
- Assist with inventory and fixed asset accounting
- Help maintain internal controls and SOX compliance documentation
- Partner with external auditors during quarterly and annual audits
- Contribute to financial reporting, operational improvements, and special accounting projects
- Provide analytical support to the finance leadership team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Understanding of US GAAP principles
- Experience with accounting systems/ERP platforms
