Job Summary

At Dawn Hill Home for Rehab and Nursing, we are committed to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. As an Admin Unit Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by providing administrative support to our healthcare team. CNA license required. Hours are 11am-7pm

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate records and files

  • Assist with scheduling, including coordinating appointments and procedures for patients

  • Greets patients, families, and visitors, and provides exceptional customer service

  • Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion

  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective communication

  • Demonstrate a commitment to our company s mission and values, including our slogan, "Commitment to Total Solutions"

  • Resident Transportation
