SAAB is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Engineering & Design team in the Defense & Aerospace sector. You will lead the design, integration, and analysis of complex electrical systems for cutting-edge defense platforms. Responsibilities include circuit and power distribution design, system modeling, requirements development, and verification/validation. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure performance, safety, and reliability.

Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of complex electrical systems for defense and aerospace applications.
- Perform circuit, power distribution, and signal integrity design and analysis.
- Develop and manage system and subsystem electrical requirements and interfaces.
- Conduct simulations, modeling, and trade studies to optimize system performance.
- Plan and execute verification, validation, and qualification testing.
- Support integration, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis of system issues.
- Prepare technical documentation, design reviews, and compliance reports.
- Collaborate with systems, mechanical, software, and manufacturing engineering teams.
- Ensure designs meet safety, EMC, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes.
