The Dawn Hill Home for Rehab and Healthcare, located in beautiful Bristol, RI, is currently seeking a highly motivated Nursing Home Administrator to join our reputable senior care facility. As the Nursing Home Administrator at Dawn Hill, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
Requirements:
Must be Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Rhode Island
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or related senior leadership position.
Strong knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards in Rhode Island.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage staff, resources, and budgets.
Empathetic and patient-centric approach to caregiving and customer service.
Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in utilizing technology and software applications relevant to the role.
Responsibilities:
Provide strong leadership and guidance to our dedicated team of healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and services.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as adherence to industry standards and best practices.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a safe and nurturing environment for our residents.
Collaborate with department heads to optimize operational efficiency and maintain a positive work culture.
Manage the facility's budget, financial performance, and resource allocation to achieve optimal outcomes.
Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and the community to maintain a supportive and engaging living environment.
Oversee admissions and discharge processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new residents and maintaining effective communication with families.
Champion quality improvement initiatives and drive continuous improvement in care and services.
Handle any concerns or complaints from residents or their families with empathy and professionalism.
Stay updated on industry trends, new regulations, and advancements in senior care to ensure the facility remains at the forefront of care services.
