  • Produce instructional video content covering product setup, correct usage, and step‑by‑step troubleshooting procedures in coordination with internal subject matter experts.
  • Drive the delivery of a complete first version of all product documentation by August 2026.
  • Collaborate in person with engineering, product, and field teams in Bristol, RI to deeply understand system architecture, software interfaces, and operational workflows, translating complex technical content into clear, user‑facing language.

  • Work with field and customer success teams to incorporate real‑world usage feedback into documentation improvements.
  • Tailor documentation to meet the specific needs of Jaia’s diverse user segments, including defense operators, environmental researchers, and academic users.
  • Define and enforce documentation standards, templates, and style guides to ensure consistency and professionalism across all published materials.
  • Support compliance and regulatory documentation requirements for defense clients, coordinating with program management and legal teams.
