Assistant Branch Manager
We are seeking an experienced branch sales and operations professional to support our leadership team at our new Bristol Branch. This position will directly supervise, coach and mentor the Retail Flex Bankers staff.
Responsibilities include:
assuring that bank policies and procedures are adhered to and followed, coordinating work schedules, managing and supervising cash/currency handling and controls as well as security and audit functions, mentoring and coaching employees in their assigned accountabilities including cross training all staff to be proficient in all operations and sales functions, in collaboration with key staff, conducting staff meetings, preparing and issuing performance evaluations and implementing disciplinary actions when appropriate, and servicing customers both in a teller and banker capacity, including account maintenance, lending, opening and maintenance of deposit accounts, cross selling and referrals.
Requirements include: previous branch banking experience, 3 to 5 years of previous supervisory experience, strong customer service and sales skills, and the ability to coach and mentor to sales initiatives. Flexibility with work schedule is also required.
Compensation: A good-faith, reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $28.50 - $31.50 per hour and the actual offer will depend on factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, and education. This base salary reflects one component of our competitive compensation package. This position may be eligible for an annual bonus and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
