The role requires strong Hurco conversational programming skills and hands‑on experience with milling, grinding, and lathes. The candidate must be detail‑oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, precision‑driven environment.

• Set up and operate Hurco CNC using conversational programming
• Perform setups and machining operations on milling, grinding, and lathe machines
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions to ensure part accuracy
• Select, install, and adjust tooling and fixtures as required for each job
• Perform in‑process inspections using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
• Maintain equipment and work area to ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet daily production goals

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience required
• Hurco conversational programming experience a must
• Experience with milling, surface grinding, and manual or CNC lathes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Reliable, safety‑minded, and detail‑oriented
