Composites Supervisor

Job Title

Manage and lead a team in a collaborative composite manufacturing environment. Work from engineering drawings, written work instructions, and process specifications to fabricate composite structures and prototype components. Execute prepreg and wet layup fabrication techniques, including vacuum bag processing, bonding, and oven or autoclave curing. Perform resin infusion operations. Fabricate tooling and master patterns using materials such as epoxy tooling blocks, carbon fiber, and wood.

Operate small shop power tools including saws, routers, sanders, and grinders. Assemble composite structures, including setup, bonding, and fastener applications. Maintain process control in support of the company's ISO Quality Management System.

Supervisory experience with demonstrated team management skills. Experience with prepreg, wet layup, vacuum bag processing, bonding, oven or autoclave curing, and resin infusion. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, written work instructions, and process specifications. Hands-on experience fabricating tooling and master patterns. Proficiency operating small shop power tools. Experience in composite structural assembly, setup, and fastener applications. Bilingual in Spanish and English (Preferred).
