As a Digital Marketing Assistant at Jaia Robotics, you will support our marketing, sales, and customer success teams in building brand awareness and expanding our presence within the blue economy. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented individual who enjoys both strategic planning and hands‑on execution across digital marketing channels.
You will contribute to social media campaigns, digital advertising, content creation, website management, analytics reporting, and public relations initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment focused on ocean technology and innovation.
Key Responsibilities Social Media & Content Marketing- Plan, schedule, and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Develop engaging content including graphics, captions, blogs, feature articles, and short‑form marketing copy.
- Assist with content calendars and social media strategy implementation.
- Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements to increase audience reach and interaction.
- Support digital marketing initiatives including banner ads, online listings, email campaigns, and promotional content.
- Assist with setup, optimization, and reporting for Google Ads campaigns.
- Track website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Help maintain and update the company Word Press website.
- Draft press releases, feature articles, and marketing communications.
- Support media outreach and industry event promotion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customer success stories and brand messaging.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams while also taking initiative independently.
- Comfortable analyzing data and translating insights into actionable marketing improvements.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Studies in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Canva & Word Press systems.
- Basic understanding of SEO, digital advertising, and content marketing preferred.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and environmental sustainability.
- Interest in marine technology and the blue economy.
- Photography, video editing, or graphic design experience.
- Commitment to environmental stewardship and ocean conservation.
