At The Dawn Hill Home, our Registered Nurses (RNs) Supervisor provide essential care to our residents by:
- Ensuring that staff adhere to care plans and safety protocols
- Oversees the care and wellbeing of residents
- Manage staffing, coordinate with healthcare providers
- Address any emergencies or concerns that arise during their shift
- Active Registered Nurses RNs license in Rhode Island or a compact state.
- Prior Supervisor experience
- Covid Vaccination
- A commitment to providing compassionate and professional care.
