• Sign on Bonus:
  Full Time $7,500 | Part Time $2,500
• Salary: $45–$58 per hour based on experience

• Monitoring patient health, recording vital signs, and updating care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assisting residents with daily activities to enhance their quality of life.
• Supporting and collaborating with the nursing team, physicians, and families to ensure optimal care.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Rhode Island/Compact.
• Evidence of completion of any state‑mandated training or compliant requirements as soon as possible after appointment.
• Vaccinated as a condition of employment per CDC guidelines.
• Ability to pass a background check.
