Your Role as a Registered Nurses (RNs) Supervisor:- Ensuring that staff adhere to care plans and safety protocols.
- Oversee the care and well‑being of residents.
- Manage staffing and coordinate with healthcare providers.
- Address any emergencies or concerns that arise during your shift.
- Active Registered Nurses (RNs) license in Rhode Island or a compact state.
- Prior Supervisor experience.
- COVID vaccination.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and professional care.
