Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Designing and delivering educational programs
• Training to enhance the clinical skills and knowledge of nursing staff.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and
• Supports ongoing professional development within the healthcare team

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Rhode Island or compact state.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing staff development in a Skilled Nursing and/or Long-Term Care setting.
