We’re looking for an ACCOUNTING CLERK to join our Friendship Family!
Our ideal candidate will be comfortable completing independent tasks in a team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do:- Verify down-payments and lien payoffs
- Use templates to process and log vehicle transactions
- Ensure vehicle transaction documents are complete and accurate
- Assist Title Clerks and Office Managers
- Complete administrative tasks as needed
- Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
- High-focus with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
