As our Safety Coordinator, you’ll be out on the floor, connecting with teams, spotting hazards, supporting training, and helping keep our safety programs running smoothly. You’ll also handle documentation, inspections, and incident follow ups—all while building positive relationships across the facility. If you enjoy a mix of office work and hands‑on activity, this role gives you the best of both worlds.

What You’ll Do- Help maintain and improve safety programs
- Train employees to help them make the right decision
- Conduct inspections and hazard assessments
- Support incident investigations and corrective actions
- Work closely with employees and supervisors to promote safe choices
- Help manage PPE, safety equipment, and emergency readiness
- Keep documentation organized and up to date
- Be a friendly, reliable resource for all things safety
- Associates degree or higher required (Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
- Ability to positively influence others to be safe.
- Genuinely care about people’s safety.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to be on-call during off hours (in the event of an emergency).
- Comfortable in a manufacturing environment and able to walk/stand for extended periods.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
- Someone hungry to make a difference.
- Safety experience
- Experience in manufacturing
- OSHA 30 hour training (1910 or 1926)
- Current first aid/CPR training
