American House Senior Living Communities - - Responsibilities:
Provide companionship and build rapport with residents;
Assist residents in activities of daily living, including ambulation, transferring, showering, personal hygiene, incontinence care, feeding, reminders, supervision;
Conduct activities in groups or one-on-one with residents as requested;
Observe residents and report concerns to Wellness Director and/or Executive Director;
Complete documentation and participate in trainings to ensure compliance with regulations and policies
