Avenues Home Care of Tennessee seeks an attentive In Home Caregiver to support elderly and vulnerable clients in the Northeast Tennessee area, including Bristol and Johnson City. You will assist with ADLs, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meals, and transportation in a compassionate, respectful manner.
You'll document daily care activities, report changes to your supervisor, and follow agency policies and HIPAA regulations while maintaining client dignity and confidentiality.
