Join our team as an Inventory Control Manager! Oversee aluminum extrusion inventory, optimize stock levels, lead cycle counts/audits, and streamline ERP workflows in a fast-paced plant environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Supply Chain/Logistics or related, 3-7 yrs inventory/warehouse experience, ERP knowledge, & strong Excel skills.
salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

- Develop, implement, and maintain inventory control policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and annual physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze inventory reports, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, production, and logistics teams to optimize inventory flow.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of inventory transactions in ERP or inventory management systems.
- Forecast inventory requirements based on sales, production, and demand planning.
- Monitor inventory performance metrics, including inventory turnover and stock accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare reports and present inventory performance to senior management.
