Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Lithium Operator role located in Bristol, TN at Microporous, LLC. The Lithium Operator will be responsible for day-to-day operations related to lithium production and processing, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the manufacturing process.
Qualifications
- Experience in lithium production and processing
- Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
- Attention to detail and quality control skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Previous experience in battery manufacturing industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required, technical training or certifications preferred
