The Production Team Member – Rail Build plays a key role in ensuring the quality and craftsmanship of our pontoon boats. This hands‑on position focuses on inspecting, repairing, and finishing rail components to meet Barletta’s high standards.

• Perform quality inspections on rear rails and panels
• Identify and repair defects such as scratches, dents, and surface imperfections
• Use hand tools and production equipment to complete finishing work
• Maintain production standards in a fast‑paced environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
• Follow all safety standards and contribute to a safe working environment

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred (2+ years ideal)
• Strong work ethic and positive, team‑first attitude
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically active environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting, etc.) throughout the shift
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screen
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Regular use of hand tools and production equipment
• Indoor manufacturing environment with occasional exposure to varying conditions
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
