Develop strong relationships with PBE customers (retail & professional) and provide color-matching expertise;
Identify OEM paint codes, input formulas, and mix/tint paints per manufacturer specifications;
Maintain the mixing room, scales, mixing machines, and paint counter to ensure a clean, safe environment;
Manage PBE inventory including checking in stock and conducting monthly cycle counts;
Train and assist other store team members in PBE sales and technical questions
