Seaman Corporation is seeking Coating Line Assistants for a 12-hour night shift (7:00pm–7:00am), on a 2/2/3 schedule, 15 work days per month. Responsibilities include following SOPs, adjusting machines per job specs, assisting with color changes, startup/shutdown, and preventive maintenance while prioritizing safety.
Minimum education is a High School Diploma or GED with some computer skills; factory experience is helpful but training will be provided.
